    332 HENRIETTE GTX

    Women Hiking Shoes

    € 189,00

Women's mountain shoes perfect for light or urban trekking and tourism. These mountain boots for women are part of the new EPIC WOMEN collection,  characterized by a special shape especially designed by Zamberlan for the female foot . The women who wear the Henriette GTX model are tireless and curious travellers and prefer the combination of a comfortable fit with performance materials even in more urban contexts. The water repellent upper in soft Tuscan leather is coupled with a GORE-TEX lining, ideal for outdoor activities at moderate temperatures and also in case of changeable weather conditions. This type of construction ensures waterproofness and breathability, for greater comfort during use. For the Henriette model, the Vibram® Bacon outsole was chosen with a specific design to ensure traction on all surfaces as well as a self-cleaning action. In the forefoot area, protection is ensured by the enhanced toe box while the  EVA wedge guarantees good cushioning and shock absorption over the entire arch. The design of this outsole is particularly suitable for ensuring grip and stability in both the toe and heel area. Women's mountain shoes dedicated to the fearless explorer The Henriette GTX mountain shoes are dedicated to Henriette d'Angeville, the French noblewoman and traveller who, in 1838, challenged contrary opinions, omens of doom and heavy prejudices to follow the overwhelming desire to climb Mont Blanc. At 44, accompanied by six guides and two porters, she dominated climbs, ice and high altitudes. Considered a madwoman at the start, she was carried in triumph on arrival, safe and sound after the heroic feat that made her go down in history as the second woman to climb Mont Blanc.
