RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Zamberlan® S.r.l. grants the consumers the possibility to return the purchased items within 30 days from order date.
Our products are covered by a warranty of 2 years - from the date of purchase - against defects in materials and workmanship (acknowledged by Zamberlan®).
If you wish to RETURN a product, please, enter your order (online) and submit a “Return request”.
If you wish to EXCHANGE the size of the product, please follow the same procedure by entering your order (online) and submit a “Return request”, specifing in the NOTES FIELD your wish to chnage the size of the product.
As soon as Zamberlan® accepts the request, you will receive a confirmation email, with all the information that you need to ship the goods back to our headquarter.

In case of refund, Zamberlan® S.r.l. will return the consumer the amount paid for the order within 15 days from your request. When Zamberlan® confirms the refund you will recieve a specific confirmation email about this operation. The above mentioned amount will be returned through the same payment method that you used to order the products (and therefore credit card).
Return shipment costs (and risks) of the products have to be paid by the consumer, except for defective products (determined “defective” by Zamberlan®)
Zamberlan® will refund the money amount only after checking the returned product by the Quality dept., confirming that they are not damaged or used, as per information below:
- The consumer must return the product(s) in the original conditions; if the products are used, damaged, incomplete, deteriorated or ruined, Zamberlan® reserves the right to reject/decline the refund request submitted by the consumer.
- The product(s) must be packed properly. Zamberlan® will accept the return only if the original box and labels are intact.
- The consumer must protect the original box with another outer packaging, to avoid damages and to keep the product(s) safe during the return shipment.
Please include a copy of the confirmation email inside the box that you have to return.

Can I return items online that I bought in the store?
No. In-store purchases must be returned to the Zamberlan reseller where you bought it or you can contact your nearest Zamberlan reseller to ask if it can provide that kind of service even if you did a purchase by another store.
